Verify the printer is powered on and paper is loaded in the input tray. Poor Print Quality or Faded Outputexpand_more
Use original HP cartridges and verify they have sufficient ink levels using the control panel display or printer software. Check that you've selected the correct paper type and quality settings in the printer software. Ensure paper is flat and of high quality—HP recommends papers with ColorLok certification. Align the cartridges by accessing the printer software's maintenance tools. Print a diagnostic page to check for streaks or missing color sections, then clean the cartridges if needed.

Check the Wireless light status—if blinking with attention icon, move the printer closer to the router. Update your network password or reconnect if the network credentials have changed. Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor for automatic diagnosis.
